4. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE:

In the event that you should choose to terminate the transaction, Umoja Wendani Housing Cooperative Society Ltd shall charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the purchase price on the refund to cater for administrative costs.

5. INTEREST:

The Society reserves the right to charge interest on the purchase price at the rate of 1% per month if the Purchaser does not complete payment within the stipulated period.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY:

The information contained in this Letter of Offer is strictly confidential and is to be used by parties hereto and is not to be disclosed to other parties without prior written consent.

8. ALLOCATION:

Kindly note that plot allocation can only be done once 50% of the Purchase Price has been paid.

9. REPOSSESSION:

Failure to honor the payment terms can lead to plot reallocation without notice. This will be in addition to the cancellation fee indicated above.

10. TITLE TRANSFER:

Kindly note that the title transfer charges which include the legal fees and the Stamp duty tax are to be incurred by Umoja Wendani Housing Cooperative Society Ltd when the Purchaser completes payment.

  • Copy of national Identity Card/Passport.
  • Copy of KRA Pin certificate.
  • Three recent colored passport photos.
