Who We Are

Eligibility

Umoja Wendani housing society membership is open to all individuals or groups/corporate bodies.

Membership Registration for Individuals

  • Fill the registration form
  • Attach a photocopy of yourID
  • 2 passport photos
  • Ksh 3000 for registration
  • Ksh 50 for passbook
  • Purchase minimum shares worth ksh 20,000(1000 shares at ksh 20)
  • NB;Shares earn high interest.

Membership Registration for Groups/Corporates

  • Fill a corporate registration form
  • Attach your minutes resolving to join our society
  • Attach a signed list of group members and id numbers
  • Attach a copy of the group’s certificate of registration
  • Attach the groups constitution
  • Registration fee of Ksh 10,000/-, Ksh 50/- for passbook and share worth Ksh 20,000/-

Our team will go through your Umoja Wendani housing society membership application and get in touch with you. Payment of registration fee and the initial purchase of shares will be done after verification of your details.
