Umoja Wendani housing cooperative is open to both members and non-members but members will get land or houses at a discount.
Members of Umoja Wendani housing cooperative are given the first priority when an opportunity arises.
Question about Land
You can buy as many plots as you can as long as they are available.
It depends with the location of the project.
